Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily operations of the Western kitchen, including ingredient procurement, dish preparation, and sanitation;

  1. Follow dish preparation standards to ensure that the taste, color, aroma, and other attributes of the dishes meet the requirements;

3. Responsible for the innovation and improvement of dishes to enhance their quality and competitiveness;

4. Manage and guide the kitchen team to ensure work efficiency and quality;

5. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment to ensure normal operation.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess relevant professional knowledge and skills in Western cuisine, familiar with the preparation processes and standards of Western dishes;
  2. Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing and guiding a team;
  3. Exhibit strong innovation and improvement abilities, able to continuously enhance the quality and competitiveness of dishes;

4. Display a strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, able to handle the pressures of daily kitchen operations;

  1. Maintain good hygiene awareness and practices, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen.
