Requirements ：

• 3–5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Experience in B2B business models (payments, CRM, CFD, enterprise solutions)
• Blockchain, crypto, or fintech experience is a plus
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-driven
• Native or fluent English speaker and writer, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
