Act as the key point of escalation for agency planning teams across all clients.
Lead an innovative approach to solve clients’ media and business challenges and effectively present ideas with strong, data-driven rationale.
Utilize knowledge of our data and technological capabilities to ensure that clients are continuously educated on what is currently possible, what’s coming next, and to address any specific business challenges.
Monitor client bookings, track campaign dollars, and ensure that every campaign is meeting or exceeding client key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage team workload and develop solutions for resourcing challenges to be communicated to the leadership team.
Lead the training, career growth and feedback sharing for the team. Create and facilitate personal development plans for all team members through coaching, feedback, and training.
Collaborate on and review outgoing materials for large strategic proposals to ensure top-quality work and provide coaching to team members.
Identify potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to client management and provide solutions to the agency leads
Maintain an accurate financial pipeline across the portfolio of clients.
Participate in media partner meetings as required to identify new client opportunities and continue to expand knowledge of the ecosystem.
Maintain and continue to develop a strong knowledge of the addressable ecosystem.
Build and own relationships with agency partners as their key point of contact
Be responsible for engaging with the agencies to deliver and communicate strategic addressable solutions based on clients objectives and briefs.
Identify areas of opportunities to drive innovation and additional revenue streams.
Requirements
