• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events, exceeding client expectations.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, addressing concerns, and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt our strategies accordingly.
• Proven track record in catering or hospitality sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with the Singapore catering and events industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
