Watsons Entry Salesman Compensation Terms

Full-time Program

• Fixed Salary: 1800 per month.
• Monthly Standard Bonus: 6000, with an additional 200.
• No leave requests allowed; six days off per month, total attendance bonus of 200.
• For sales exceeding 6000 per month, a commission of 8% applies.
• For sales exceeding 10000, a commission of 10% applies.
• Working Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM, including a lunch break, totaling 8 hours.
• Work schedule: Six days on, one day off; public holidays can be taken as paid leave, with work on these days compensated at 1.5 times the salary.

Part-time Program

• 80 per day, working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, including a lunch break of at least 1 hour.
• For daily sales less than 200, a commission of 5% applies.
• For daily sales exceeding 200, a commission of 8% applies.
