Description

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high food and beverage quality standards in line with Japan Foods Holding Ltd's ethos.
  • Lead and train staff to embody the culinary traditions and service excellence of the Food & Beverages industry.
  • Manage inventory, address customer feedback, and collaborate with the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a harmonious work environment by effectively mediating any team conflicts.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

- At least a Diploma degree in hospitality management or a related field.

Experience Level:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or management.

Skills and Competencies:

- Exceptional skills in teamwork and working cohesively with staff.

- Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.

- Strong customer service abilities to enhance guest experiences.

- Capable team player with leadership qualities.

- Knowledge of scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.

- Competence in operations management with the ability to oversee daily restaurant activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Supervising and coordinating the restaurant staff to ensure excellent service.

- Overseeing the inventory and ordering of food supplies.

- Managing staff schedules and resolving any scheduling conflicts.

- Maintaining high operational standards and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Working Conditions:

- Must be willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
