Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to maintain consistency in beverage quality, effective communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Brew and serve tea beverages, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and handle cash and card transactions.
