Providing a warm and friendly greeting to customers, taking their orders, and serving food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
Providing genuine recommendations to guests based on your knowledge of our food and beverage.
Efficiently entering orders into a point-of-sale system and accepting payments using a credit card reader or cash register. You will be responsible for calculating change accurately and swiftly.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare various food items. You will follow cooking instructions, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain sanitary standards.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis. This includes clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
Maintaining effective communication with team members and management.
Handling guests' concerns and complaints in a professional and composed manner, resolving problems in accordance with outlet policies.
Upholding a neat and presentable appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the designated corporate dress code.
Assisting fellow servers as needed during various situations.
Expressing gratitude to each guest for their visit and inviting them to return.
Completing any other task assigned to you .

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have at least a High/Senior High School degree to apply.
Experience Level: Looking for individuals with less than 1 year of experience, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Applicants should possess skills in cashiering and waitering with excellent hospitality skills. Cashier or customer service experience is a plus. Proficiency in the English language and exceptional communication skills are required.
