Job Description

Quick Service RestaurantCustomer OrientedWaiteringCashiering

Description

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Present menus and take orders ensuring all needs are met
  • Serve food and beverage orders promptly
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving any issues efficiently
  • Cleaning of kitchen and service areas
  • light dish washing.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff and the management team
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve service and dining experience

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; further training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in quick-service dining; excellent customer service skills; familiarity with waitering and cashiering; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment; requires long periods of standing and the flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly and outgoing personality; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; team player; detail-oriented and able to multitask.
