Description

  • Prepare, season and cook Indian cuisine, including Dosa and Uttapam, Indian chaats and Parathas, Maggi
  • Check the quality of food at all stages of preparation.
  • Portion food and add dressings to ensure great presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen operation to ensure that it runs smoothly.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in cooking Indian cuisine.
  • Must have experience making Dosa and Uttapam.
  • Able to make Indian chaats and Parathas.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
