We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Staff at Super Simple. You will be helping to prepare fresh, healthy salads and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in customizing their salads based on preferences and dietary needs.
• Salad Preparation: Assemble and prepare salads following the shop’s recipes and food safety standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Stock and Inventory: Replenish supplements, and supplies throughout the shift to maintain stock levels. Inform manager when items are running low.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and prep stations. Ensure all food handling and preparation areas are kept sanitary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and escalate them to the manager when necessary.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow all shop policies, including dress code, attendance, and safety guidelines.
