Açıklama :

  • Perform recruitment tasks, from crafting job ads to screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage onboarding process and employee orientation to integrate new hires effectively.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations and address concerns to promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance management and assist with training and development initiatives.

Gereklilik :

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry level.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support training and development, handle grievance procedures, and help in formulating HR policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Qualities and Traits: Ethical, detail-oriented, empathetic, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
