Working Hours: Rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next day

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa.
• Manage spa bookings, appointments, and walk-in inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries or requests.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist in promoting spa services and upselling products to guests.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to spa policies and procedures at all times.



Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to promote spa services effectively.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Minimum height of 1.62m (for uniform fitting purposes).
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.

As a Front-end development engineer, you will play a part in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Front-end Development:

- Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into efficient, maintainable, and high-performance code.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

- Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are used to automate the deployment and update processes.

- Have basic knowledge of MVC.
