Requirements
Position: Game Operations Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of operations experience in the gaming industry.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong data analysis skills, understanding of gaming market dynamics; proficiency in basic operational tools and software.
- Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily management of game operations, developing operational strategies, monitoring game performance, and enhancing player engagement and retention rates.
- Working Conditions: Must adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with potential for overtime to meet project requirements.
