Description

  • Responsible for the company's daily administrative management and personnel management.
  • Coordinate the work of various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize administrative management processes to enhance service quality.
  • Manage company documentation and maintain archives.
  • Support the Human Resources department in recruitment and training efforts.
  • Participate in the company's strategic planning and implementation, promoting corporate culture development.

Requirements

  • No specific educational background required; candidates with relevant professional experience will be prioritized.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with office software, with good organizational skills and communication abilities.
  • Responsible for daily administrative tasks and coordinating communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates good teamwork spirit and professional ethics.
