Description

  • Proper table setting including setting up items such as crockery and menus
  • Replenish supplies such as napkins, tableware, and refill condiments
  • Usher customers to their tables
  • Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items, and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
  • Take customers’ orders and prepare drinks and desserts for customers
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Perform cashiering duties as needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties such as drink preparation and housekeeping
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
  • Table setting, including crockery and menus

  • Assist customers with seating arrangements
  • Present menus to customers, inform customers of the restaurant's promotions, and answer customers’ questions about the menu, providing recommendations upon request
  • Take orders from customers and prepare drinks or desserts
  • Serve food or beverages to customers
  • Clean the tables once customers have finished dining and send dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Assist customers with billing
  • Responsible for food and beverage preparation and cleaning tasks during opening and closing
  • Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors


Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE qualifications
  • Able to perform split shifts and work on weekends and public holidays
  • F&B experience is an asset but not essential
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers with a smile at all times
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic, and a team player
  • Willing to learn and has a passion for the service industry
  • Committed to providing the highest quality of service at all times
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics (Cashier)
  • Familiarity with POS system
  • Possess at least a secondary education or relevant qualifications
  • Able to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Good communication skills, able to engage with customers and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • Cheerful personality, energetic, and possesses team spirit
  • Ambitious and passionate about food service
  • Exhibits a positive service attitude
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Possess a basic food hygiene course certificate
  • Have basic mathematical knowledge (Cashier)
  • Able to operate a POS system
