Lead the team to complete the design, simulation and design document writing of analog circuits and chips
Guide the layout and routing of the layout to improve the efficiency and quality of layout design
Assist in product testing, debugging and application
Guide the work of junior analog designers and write detailed design documents
Requirements
Master's degree or above in microelectronics or electronic engineering with more than 10 years of working experience
Solid understanding and experience in designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks, including bandgap, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits such as de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE, CDR architecture and implementation, high-speed digital circuits (serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.)
Knowledge of common high-speed interface protocols (such as PCIe, USB, SATA, DDR, and LPDDR, etc.) is required
In-depth understanding of analog mixed-signal design, experience with high-speed serial and parallel circuits in advanced processes down to 3nm, FinFet, SOI, and bulk CMOS
Extensive experience using Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, Hspice/Spectre, and static timing analysis tools (e.g., Nanotime)
Excellent ability to solve customer problems and deliver results in a timely manner
Experience in team building and project management
Strong organizational and communication skills where English is a must and Chinese is preferred
