• Cost Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
• Monitor and control expenditure against the budget.

Tendering and Contract Administration:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Evaluate and negotiate tenders and contracts.

Project Coordination:

• Work with project teams to ensure accurate cost control.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.

Site Visits and Inspections:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
• Ensure work is carried out according to specifications and within budget.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and financial forecasts.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project developments and variations.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in power plant or large scale infrastructure.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
