• General Builder Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
• 5.5 days work week | 830am – 6pm / 830am – 12pm
• Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities

• Pre-tender & tender duties,
• Prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents costs estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take off
• Liaise with owner, developers, consultants, and sub-contractors
• Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims
• Procurement of contractors and suppliers
• Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts
• Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager/director

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience in Singapore building construction projects
