Requirements

- Education Qualifications: No specific degree required
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant industry experience required
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent management skills, communication skills, and customer service orientation required; familiar with salon operations and service processes
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for daily salon management tasks, including employee management, customer satisfaction monitoring, financial budgeting, and control
- Working Conditions: Must work in a fast-paced environment and may need to work overtime during peak business periods
- Qualities and Characteristics: Seeking a candidate with strong leadership capabilities, resilience under pressure, innovative thinking, and good team collaboration spirit
