1. Responsible for the overall management of the department.
2. Develop the annual work plan and phase work plans for the department and supervise their execution.
3. Based on the work plans, responsible for the division of work tasks within the department and合理安排 personnel.
4. Responsible for coordinating the relationships between this department and other departments.
5. Organize the formulation of the company's employment system, daily personnel management system, salary system, personnel files management system, performance management system, training system, and other regulations, implementation details, and human resources workflows, and oversee, coordinate, and check their execution.
6. Based on the company's overall development strategy, organize the drafting of organizational structures.
1. Design and develop staffing plans, proposing reasonable improvements for the company's organizational structure and personnel allocation.
2. Organize the management of the company's compensation and benefits, supervise the preparation of the annual compensation and benefits plan and adjustments, and review the monthly compensation and benefits distribution statistics.
3. Organize the performance management of the company's employees and approve performance evaluation results.
4. Overall supervision of the development of the company's employee training plans, approving and monitoring training courses arranged according to the company's development needs.
5. Supervise the signing of labor contracts, organize the handling of labor disputes and employee complaints, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues appropriately. Oversee various human resources affairs, including attendance, archiving and safekeeping of personnel files, hiring and termination processes, and onboarding and offboarding procedures.
