Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide support in conflict resolution
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting 
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Support talent acquisition efforts through job postings and candidate outreach
  • Assist in benefits administration and provide guidance to employees on benefit programs
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage payroll administration tasks and prepare payroll reports as needed
  • Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in human resource management/ payroll
  • Working experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
  • Ability to interact well with employees from all levels
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • 5-day work week, office hours
