Description :
- Perform recruitment tasks, from crafting job ads to screening and interviewing candidates.
- Manage onboarding process and employee orientation to integrate new hires effectively.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and address concerns to promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance management and assist with training and development initiatives.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry level.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support training and development, handle grievance procedures, and help in formulating HR policies.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- Qualities and Traits: Ethical, detail-oriented, empathetic, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
