Description

  • Wash pots, pans, and trays.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in the storage area.
  • Dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
  • Clean the trash bin.
  • Perform other job duties as requested by the Supervisor.
  • Follow company safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.


Requirements

  • Physically fit to perform manual tasks
  • Able to operate the dishwasher
  • Able to work both in a team and independently
  • Able to work in warm, oily, and humid environments
  • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
  • Maintain good food hygiene and adhere to the standard operating procedures for dishwashing
  • Physically strong and capable of lifting heavy objects
  • Able to operate the dishwasher
  • Possess a team spirit and can work independently
  • Able to adapt to warm, humid, and oily environments
  • Hold a basic food hygiene course certificate
  • Maintain good food hygiene and follow the standard dishwashing operating procedures
