Description

  • Wash pots, pans, and trays.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in the storage area.
  • Dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
  • Clean trash bins.
  • Perform other job duties as requested by the Supervisor.
  • Follow company safety SOPs and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks
  • Able to operate the dishwasher
  • Possess team spirit and the ability to work independently
  • Able to adapt to warm, humid, and oily environments
  • Possess a basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Maintain good food hygiene and adhere to standard operating procedures for dishwashing
