• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and follow up with relevant information.
• Review inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary details.
• Collaborate with Engineering or Design Vendors to obtain proposals and layout drawings.
• Prepare cost sheets and commercial quotes for cost review.
• Create RFQs for key materials and components, and source suppliers as needed.
• Generate weekly reports on cost estimates and project status.
• Follow up with clients on submitted quotes and provide additional information if required.
• Analyze project costs against tender estimates and supplier pricing.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in subsea product/project costing within a manufacturing setting in the Oil & Gas industry
• Higher education in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in reading engineering (machining/fabrication) drawings and understanding assemblies
• Knowledge of API 6A, API 16A, and API 16F specifications/equipment is an advantage
