Description

Barista Duties:

Local/PR/LTVP only

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards.
  2. Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other machinery with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  4. Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and notify management when restocking is needed.
  5. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the preparation and handling of beverages.

Requirements

  • Requirements:

  • 1) Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a specific interest in both serving and coffee preparation.
  • 2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and fellow team members.
  • 3) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4) Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 5) Prior experience in customer service, serving, or barista roles is a plus but not required.
  • 6) Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
