Description :

  • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Manage client appointments, correspondence, record keeping, and file maintenance
  • Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate screening
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings for the manager
  • Maintain a professional interface as the first point of contact for all clients
  • Provide admin support to the manager and team when necessary
  • Prepare presentations and market research as assigned
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Open to Fresh Graduates/Students seeking an entry-level position
  • Proficiency in MS Office, effective time management and exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Training will be provided
