- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and other online sales channels.
- Ensure and upload product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain our online store platform, ensuring all product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Create, manage and update store layout design (Including Banners and Carrousel) across all our e-commerce platforms
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software, and have good design level and ability. Will be good.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to online shopping.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- No Experience required, training will be provided. If know will be better.
- Candidates with proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems. If know will be better
- Meticulous, organized and with a good eye for details;
- Proficient in MS Excel;
- Good spoken/written Chinese/ English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Working Hours 9am - 6pm, 6 Working Days
