Prepare/review monthly accounts, journal entries, supporting schedules, and submit quarterly report presentations with variance analysis.

Prepare/review payments and invoices, including inter-company activities and employee claims.

Handle cash flow forecasting, fixed deposits, and bank account management matters.

Compile and submit government financial statistical surveys/data and regulatory returns/surveys for the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Coordinate and liaise with external parties, such as internal and external auditors, company and GST tax agents, and company secretarial agents. This includes managing the annual audit process, including preparing audited financial statements and schedules required by auditors and agents.

Assist with ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the implementation of new systems.

Possess a degree or diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Have practical experience using accounting software, preferably Netsuite.
