The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a specific region. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets are met.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Manage and mentor sales team members.
Analyze sales data and market trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports for upper management.
Manage and monitor sales activities across the region and nearby areas.
Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the eBike, motorcycle, or related industries
Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license
