Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology only
• atleast 6 months experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in poultry processing or the food industry.
• Experience in managing teams and leading quality-related initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Understanding of food processing operations, particularly in poultry dressing plants.

Responsibilities

Food Technologist is responsible for overseeing production of food items applying the highest quality of food standards, safety and sanitation.
