Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Permit Applications: Manage and apply for necessary government and venue permits required for events and operations.
- Event Coordination: Ensure smooth event setup and teardown by coordinating with vendors, crew, and internal departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Operational Support: Assist in preparing event documentation, timelines, and logistics checklists.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate operational issues and troubleshoot problems on-site when they arise.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, update project trackers, and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor equipment and supplies related to event setups, and coordinate deliveries and collections as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Prior experience in event coordination, operations, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and for on-site event support when required.
