Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer accounts as needed.
  • Identify and resolve issues through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language with strong communication skills.
