About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Immigration Sales Consultant and play a pivotal role in catering to the unique needs of high net-worth clients. Based in our Singapore office, you will be responsible for developing tailored immigration proposals and providing exceptional client support throughout their immigration journey. Key responsibilities

• Engage with high net-worth clients to understand their immigration goals and create personalized solutions
• Make appointments and conduct consultations to present immigration proposals
• Closely follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure a smooth decision-making process, aiming to close deals promptly
• Maintain the company's reputation by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations and programs to provide accurate and timely advice

About you

• A minimum of a Diploma/Degree, with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients
• Quick-thinking and resourceful, able to manage a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service and outcomes
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant qualifications in immigration or a related field would be an advantage
