CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have live hands-on trading experience！！

1. Deliver continuous content output. Regularly develop materials covering market trends, trading know-how, trading plans, trade post-mortems and related subjects. Available formats include illustrated articles, short videos, audio clips, live streams and other appropriate media types.
2. Build a unique personal content identity. Drawing on your interests, trading background and communication style, develop recognizable content themes and regular series. Maintain consistent, genuine and differentiated content for your audience.
3. Host live sessions and online events. Share market insights, trading knowledge, practical experience and trading methodologies via live broadcasts, short videos, themed activities, AMA Q&A sessions and other forms.
4. Interact with users and collect feedback. Address common user questions regarding content and trading matters, gather user input, and offer suggestions for future topic planning, content iteration and event design.
5. Boost content productivity with AI tools. Utilize our platform’s AI tools for topic planning, information sorting, script drafting, layout editing, content summarization, knowledge Q&A and post-production refinement. All content must undergo human review prior to release.
6. Assist platform content and community operations. Take part in joint creation of platform campaigns, courses, discussion threads and community posts. Cooperate with operations, customer service and other instructors to sustain a genuine, positive community atmosphere.
7. Adhere to platform content policies. Ensure all published content is accurate, clear and accountable. No return guarantees, misleading statements, or unsubstantiated examples are permitted.

Job Requirements

1. Proven live trading experience is mandatory. Candidates must maintain ongoing hands-on real trading or strategy execution experience. When sharing market insights, strategy logic, risk control rules and post-trade reviews, you need to speak from your own actual trading practice. Supporting documents may be requested, including anonymized trading history, strategy notes, trade reviews or published content samples.
2. Interest in at least one of these fields: content creation, live streaming, community building, AI tools or fintech.
3. Excellent communication skills in writing, verbal presentation, live broadcast or short-video production. You are ready to create content continuously.
4. Quick learner with strong content sense. Able to track trending topics, organize information, and build your independent perspective & communication style.
5. Basic user service mindset, willing to interact and communicate with community members.
6. Familiar with or willing to learn common tools for content creation, social media, community management and AI.
7. High sense of accountability, capable of delivering content releases and event collaboration on schedule.
8. Align with our content principle: authenticity, long-term value and user-centric value. Must comply with platform content rules and regulatory requirements.
