Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow contract trading volume and liquidity on the platform.
• Identify and establish partnerships with market makers, institutional clients, brokers, and ecosystem projects.
• Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders to onboard new users and trading communities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to optimize product offerings.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive product adoption and user engagement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums to build brand visibility.
• Prepare regular reports on business development progress, revenue impact, and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or derivatives trading.
• Proven track record of achieving trading volume growth, partnership acquisition, or revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency derivatives (perpetual swaps, futures, options) and trading mechanisms.
• Strong network within the crypto industry, including traders, institutions, and liquidity providers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
