説明
We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager/Assistant Manager with a passion for excellence in the Food & Beverage industry to serve one of Singapore's largest restaurants and bars.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily restaurant operations.
- Standards and Integrity: Uphold and enforce company standards, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the brand.
- Sales and Performance: Drive sales through strategic operational execution and consistent service excellence.
- Customer Engagement: Actively respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Profitability: Achieve financial targets by exercising stringent cost control measures.
- Risk Management: Oversee restaurant liability by adhering to human resource standards, safety protocols, and security measures.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and restaurant hygiene.
- Staff Development: Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
- Recruitment and Training: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of staff.
- Team Management: Provide constructive feedback and manage staff performance, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
- Leadership: Serve as a role model for exemplary performance, appearance, and behavior at all times.
- Manpower Planning: Ensure optimal staffing levels for daily operations, including the creation of weekly duty rosters and daily station plans.
- Event Management: Lead staff briefings, preparation, and execution of special events.
- Menu Planning: Assist in the planning and curation of beverage and wine menus.
- Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventory submission and ensure sufficient stock levels for daily operations.
- POS Management: Manage Epoint systems, including the recording and placement of new items in the POS terminal and stock management.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly reports, including consolidations, sales metrics, and customer traffic analyses.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service and offerings.
- Cash Management: Ensure accurate cash handling and timely bank deposits.
- Cleanliness and Order: Maintain a consistently clean and organized restaurant environment.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in F&B, with a focus on restaurant management.
