- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist the cook in food preparation, including cutting vegetables and meat according to standard operating procedures
- Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings, and marinades based on standard recipes
- Perform deep frying tasks, prepare salads, peel eggs, and make gyoza, etc.
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Assist in dishwashing if required
- Handle any other duties assigned by the Chef
- Follow company safety standard operating procedures and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen
- Responsible for ingredient preparation and cleaning work for opening the restaurant
- Assist the chef in preparing ingredients according to standard operating procedures, including cutting vegetables and meat
- Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings, and marinades according to recipes
- Deep fry foods, prepare salads, peel eggs, and make dumplings, etc.
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Assist in washing dishes if necessary
- Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Comply with the company's safety guidelines and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen
要件
- Minimum primary school education
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential
- Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and related procedures
- Positive and proactive working attitude
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently
- Able to work split shifts and on weekends and public holidays
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
