Monthly Salary: $2500/month

Working Days: 5 days/week

Working Location: Vivo City

Working Hours: 10am - 10pm (2.5 hours breaktime)

Job Scope:

- Perform seafood slaughtering according to procedural requirements

- Sort, clean raw materials, and divide based on different parts and uses to improve cutting rates and reduce food costs

- Carry out preliminary processing according to operational standards, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of processed materials

- Minimize storage time to ensure the nutritional content of raw materials and deliver them promptly to kitchen areas as needed

- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and the tools and utensils used

- Ensure compliance with live seafood handling and sanitation standards within their respective areas

- Prepare various cuts of seafood as required, including maintaining the freshness of the raw seafood

- Label the type of cut, date, and destination of seafood

- Communicate portion sizes accurately to ensure correct billing

- Ensure proper inventory levels, product quality, and freshness to prevent the sale of expired or spoiled products
