We are seeking for a meticulous and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to oversee and streamline our project activities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget


1. Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress against these plans.
  • Coordinate and manage techncial project activities, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project phases are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and escalate them as necessary.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

3. Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project risks continuously and implement contingency plans as necessary.


4. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, user manuals, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members and stakeholders.

5. Process Improvement

  • Assist in developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.


6. Technical Support

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Facilitate the resolution of project-related technical issues promptly.
  • Support the technical team in resolving project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about project status and changes.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Persyaratan :

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical project coordination or management, preferably in the tech industry or a startup environment.
  • In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and confidential work environment.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
