Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare Japanese Cuisine
- Maintain good kitchen hygiene and ingredient quality
- Assist and work along side management to drive the kitchen efficiencies
- Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu
- Development of SOP for operational consistency in the kitchen
- Other ad hoc task assigned by management
Requirement:
- Candidate must be willing to learn and adapt to working environment
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Japanese Cuisine kitchen is required for this position.
