Business Development:

- Responsible for identifying, expanding, and maintaining partnerships with project teams, KOLs/influencers, investment firms, media outlets, wallets, DeFi protocols, and other blockchain ecosystem partners.

- Lead business negotiations, design mutually beneficial collaboration plans (e.g., IEOs, joint marketing campaigns, liquidity partnerships, etc.), and drive execution.

- Establish and manage key partner profiles, ensuring long-term, healthy relationships.

Marketing and Growth:

- Plan and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing initiatives—such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), airdrops, trading competitions, and content marketing—based on market trends and company strategy to attract new users and boost engagement.

- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials that enhance the brand’s image and influence within the industry.

Strategy and Analytics:

- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor landscapes to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for product, operations, and marketing strategies.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user growth, trading volume, and campaign ROI, and continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data feedback.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, hackathons, and other events to promote the brand and expand resources.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or user growth within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.

- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, familiar with mainstream tracks and industry terminology such as DeFi, NFT, Layer 2, and meme coins.

Skills and Competencies:

- Extensive network within the blockchain industry, including project teams, media, KOLs, and communities, enabling rapid collaboration initiation.

- Strong marketing planning and execution skills; proven success in user growth or brand promotion is a plus.

- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Additional Qualifications:

- Proven experience taking a Web3 product from concept to launch.

- Active and seasoned cryptocurrency user with deep involvement in DeFi mining, NFT trading, etc.

- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, etc.).
