Job Responsibilities • Drive global market business development, including KOLs, media, communities, key accounts, and agents • Identify and onboard channel partners such as crypto communities, capital providers, quantitative teams, mining pools, and guilds • Establish a marketing collaboration framework and design commission structures and agency policies • Manage relationships with key clients, including VIPs, market makers, and project teams • Oversee platform onboarding, project coordination, and the planning of online and offline events Job Requirements • Minimum 3 years of BD or marketing experience in the blockchain, digital asset, or financial industry • Deep understanding of exchange operations, including futures, spot trading, liquidity provision, and market-making mechanics • Established industry network (KOLs, communities, capital providers, project teams preferred) • Strong result orientation with accountability for data and performance
