Accountant (Full Time) 全职会计

Location 地点：Central Singapore 新加坡市中心写字楼

Working Hour 工时：Mon-Fri 9:00AM–6:00PM, 5-day work week, weekends & public holidays off

周一至周五 9:00-18:00，5 天双休，周末及公共假期正常休息

Salary Range 薪资：S$2800–S$4200 monthly, salary adjusted based on experience

月薪 2800–4200 新币，薪资根据从业经验定级

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

1. 
   
2. Daily financial bookkeeping, accounts payable & accounts receivable reconciliation, bank reconciliation every month.
3. 负责日常全盘账务处理，应收应付核对，每月银行对账。

6. Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements, management report for company management.
7. 编制月度、季度、年度财务报表，出具管理层经营分析报表。
8. 
   
9. Handle Singapore corporate tax filing, GST submission, CPF calculation & payment on time.
10. 按时完成新加坡公司税务申报、消费税 GST 申报、公积金 CPF 核算缴纳。
11. 
    
12. Sort & file all invoices, receipts, financial documents, maintain complete financial filing system.
13. 整理归档发票、单据等财务凭证，搭建完整财务档案体系。

16. Assist external auditor during annual audit, provide all supporting financial records.
17. 配合外部会计师事务所年度审计，提供全套财务佐证资料。
18. 
    
19. Monitor company cash flow, track expense budget, follow up outstanding customer payments.
20. 监控公司现金流、管控费用预算，跟进客户逾期款项回收。

23. Complete ad-hoc financial & admin tasks arranged by finance manager.
24. 完成财务主管安排的其他财务、行政类临时工作。

Job Requirements 任职要求

1. 
   
2. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related business field.
3. 会计、金融、商科相关大专及以上学历。
4. 
   
5. Minimum 1–3 years full set account working experience in Singapore local company.
6. 1–3 年新加坡本地全盘会计实操经验。
7. 
   
8. 
   
9. Familiar with Singapore GST, Corporate Income Tax, CPF & local financial compliance rules.
10. 熟悉新加坡消费税、企业所得税、公积金及本地财务合规法规。
11. 
    
12. Able to operate accounting software (Xero / QuickBooks / SAP) & Microsoft Excel proficiently.
13. 熟练操作会计系统（Xero/QuickBooks/SAP 任选其一），精通 Excel 函数。
14. 
    
15. Fluent written & spoken English; Mandarin speaking is a plus for communicating with Chinese suppliers.
16. 英文读写口语流利，会普通话优先，便于对接华人供应商。
