About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Campus Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our art school campuses in Singapore. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in education or retail, and most importantly, a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple art school campuses

• Lead, train, and motivate campus teams to meet enrollment and sales targets

• Develop and execute strategies to drive student acquisition and retention

• Ensure exceptional customer service and student satisfaction

• Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements

• Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to senior management

• Collaborate with leadership on business development and campus growth initiatives

• Maintain a positive, performance-driven, and creative work environment

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the education or retail industry

• Strong sales experience is a must, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make strategic, data-driven decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education Management, or a related field

Working Hours:

Monday: off

Tuesday to Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
