Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from user research, problem definition and requirements gathering, to design, development, release, and post-release iterations.

Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.

Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impactful product solutions that enhance customer value.

Define and track key product metrics (OKRs/KPIs), conduct data-driven analytics, and iterate based on user feedback and market insights.

Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic planning.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product rollout, successful time-to-market, and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience: 3-7 years of product management experience in the technology or software industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; able to clearly articulate the product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration Skills: Capable of cross-departmental collaboration and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Mindset: User-centric, results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to uncertainty.

Methodology: Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes, user story writing, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).

Experience in the Southeast Asian market is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [specific areas, such as Fintech, AI/Machine Learning products, e-commerce, SaaS, B2B platforms].

Experience in cross-time zone and cross-border teamwork.

Fluent in Mandarin is beneficial for regional collaboration (not mandatory).

Experience launching a product from scratch or scaling a product from one to one hundred.
