Senior Java Engineer (Contract Experience)

Responsibilities

Design and develop the company’s contract trading core modules, ensuring high performance and high availability of the trading system;

Perform architectural optimization and iterative upgrades of existing systems, addressing key technical challenges such as high concurrency and low latency;

Independently complete module design, development, unit testing, and technical documentation;

Deeply understand and effectively apply common middleware (caching, message queues, distributed components, etc.) to enhance system stability and scalability;

Participate in performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure stable operation of the trading system under extreme conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field;

Over 5 years of Java development experience, with solid expertise in the Java technology stack (Spring Boot / MyBatis / Spring Cloud Alibaba, etc.);

Proficient with common middleware such as Redis and Kafka, understanding their application and optimization in high-concurrency scenarios;

Expert in database optimization and SQL performance tuning, with hands-on experience in database partitioning, read-write separation, and index optimization;

Experience designing and developing high-concurrency systems, with a solid grasp of low-latency and high-availability architecture principles;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering under high-pressure environments;

Preferred: Experience in contract business development for centralized exchanges (CEX), or involvement in the development of core systems such as matching engines, clearing and settlement, and risk control.

Additional Qualifications

Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed transactions, and the CAP theorem;

Experience with high-frequency trading systems or financial trading systems development;

Knowledge of DevOps, containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
