Job Description
岗位职责
• 负责后端服务的设计、开发与维护，保障系统的高可用、高性能与可扩展性
• 参与核心业务模块的架构设计与技术选型
• 编写高质量、可测试、可维护的代码，并进行 Code Review
• 排查并解决线上问题，持续优化系统性能与稳定性
• 与前端、产品、测试等团队协作，推动需求落地
任职要求
• 计算机相关专业，5 年以上后端开发经验
• 精通 Go 和 Node.js，具备扎实的工程能力
• 具备 AI 开发能力（熟悉大模型 / LLM 应用开发、API 集成、Agent 或 RAG 等相关实践）
• 熟悉常见数据库（MySQL / Redis 等）及消息队列
• 熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统设计
• 良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备较强的责任心和团队协作意识
加分项
• 有大型 / 高并发项目经验者优先
• 有 AI 产品落地经验者优先
具备良好的技术文档习惯与沟通能力
