Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain the backend services of company products.

2. Lead backend performance optimization, collaborate with the product team to implement improvements, and drive enhancements in product data metrics.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; over 3 years of backend development experience; proficient in Golang.

2. Solid programming fundamentals, clean coding style, and expertise in software engineering methodologies, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

3. Proficient in storage technologies such as MySQL and Redis, with experience in production issue troubleshooting and emergency response.

4. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to independently develop and deliver core modules.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, including microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
