Find On-site/Hybrid Jobs

• Manage daily accounting transactions and end-of-month processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Coordinate payroll functions and tax filings.
• Analyze and report financial performance.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Perform bank reconciliation and month end closing
• Prepare monthly management reports such as P&L, and Balance Sheet
• Perform GST quarterly submission
• Perform monthly CPF submission
• Preparing and calculate of monthly payroll, staff claims, IR8A, IR21
• Liaising with auditors, corporate tax agents, corporate secretary
• Able to handle full-sets of accounts
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills,
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• Possess good working knowledge of MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to display Continuous Improvement and multi-tasking competencies.
• Salary will commensurate with experience
